Kea Today provides:

• Energy Today App - A mobile application for tracking personal energy patterns and timing recommendations
• Kea.humour - Humorous content and entertainment shared on social media platforms including TikTok
• Mindfulness.quotes - Inspirational quotes and mindfulness content shared on social media platforms including TikTok
• Website - Information, resources, and access to our content and services

3. User Accounts and Registration

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Access your social media account as authorized by you
• Post content on your behalf as directed by you
• Retrieve analytics and engagement data related to posted content

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings or the respective social media platform.

Our Services may integrate with TikTok to automatically post content to our TikTok accounts (@kea.humour and @mindfulness.quotes) or to enable you to share content to your TikTok account. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that content posted to TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You authorize us to access your TikTok account as permitted by TikTok's API
• You understand that we do not control TikTok's platform and are not responsible for TikTok's actions or policies
• You can disconnect the TikTok integration at any time through your account settings

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Energy Today offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in the app store's refund policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.
