The pathway
Birth → Self → Choice → Karma → Knowing → Action → Existence
Knowing is the centre. Not manifestation. Not desire. Not even karma.
Then the person moves from knowing into action — and action gives something existence.
1
Birth — Where I Begin
Every person enters this life at a particular moment.
In this framework, the birth date is not only a date. It can carry an energy or pattern connected with that person’s life.
Before asking what I want, I first ask: Who am I?
Birth-date energy and karma here are a spiritual framework — a way of understanding life — not scientifically established facts. You can walk the path without accepting every frame first.
2
Self — Who I Am
We spend much of life looking outward.
We see somebody else’s life, possessions, relationship, success or freedom and think:
I want that.
But perhaps the deeper question is:
Is that actually mine to become?
What we meet in life shapes what we reach for — and what we eventually recognise as ours.
3
Choice — Which Way I Go
Life contains opposites.
Light and darkness.
Giving and taking.
Freedom and attachment.
Love and fear.
And within that, there is choice.
Forward.
Backward.
Or still.
Standing still isn’t necessarily failure. Sometimes stillness is where we discover which direction is actually ours.
4
Karma — What I Carry Forward
Not simply as punishment.
More like consequence and continuation.
What we think, choose and do becomes part of the path we are walking.
So sometimes what appears to be a blockage may be something that has to be understood rather than simply overcome.
And sometimes a blessing is not something that arrives from nowhere — it is something we become capable of receiving.
What returns from our choices can teach more than force can fix.
5
Knowing — The Middle
This is the part the first page held open. The centre of the pathway.
Between wanting and not wanting is knowing.
Knowing is not knowing what will happen. It is knowing what is true for you before you decide what you want from it.
You don’t grasp.
You don’t reject.
You become still enough to recognise:
“This feels like me.”
That is different from desire.
Desire says: I want that.
Knowing says: This is my path.
Not prediction. Not certainty about the future. Inner recognition.
6
Action — Bringing Knowing Into Life
Manifestation sits here — not as a separate fundamental step, but as what action does with knowing.
It isn’t: “I want something, therefore I must make the universe give it to me.”
It becomes:
“I recognise what belongs to my path, and I bring it into existence through my choices, thoughts and actions.”
Not just getting something.
Becoming something.
7
Existence — Becoming What I Am
When what you think, feel, choose and do begins to correspond with who you understand yourself to be, the fight softens.
You aren’t constantly chasing somebody else’s life.
You are walking your own path.
Knowing → action → existence.
A doorway
There is a place beyond wanting
I discovered it through meditation.
I could not hold onto it, and I could not force my way back into it.
But the experience changed the way I understood knowing.
The full telling stays in My Story — so this page can stay the map, while the life explains why the path exists.
The final paradox
To manifest, first stop trying to manifest
Know yourself.
Know your direction.
Understand your choices.
Release what isn’t yours.
Recognise what is.
Then act.
We don’t manifest everything we want.
We discover what we are, and then we give that existence.
A simple Kea pathway
- Who am I?
- What am I carrying?
- What am I seeking?
- What is really mine?
- What do I choose?
- What do I release?
- What do I know?
- What do I bring into existence?
