We spend much of our lives wanting something.
Something different.
Something better.
Something we believe will make us whole.
But what if the breakthrough isn’t in wanting more?
What if it begins with knowing who you are?
The space between
Wanting and not wanting
What you are looking for sits in the space between wanting and not wanting.
1
Wanting
“I need this. I want this. I must make it happen.”
There is direction, but also tension. The mind is reaching toward something that isn’t here yet.
2
Not wanting
“I don’t need anything. I won’t try to make anything happen.”
This removes the tension, but it can also remove direction.
3
The middle — Knowing
“I don’t need to force it. I know what is true for me, and I allow it to unfold.”
That middle isn’t exactly want and it isn’t nothing.
It is presence with direction.
And that may be the key.
A simple model
WANT → KNOWING → EXISTENCE
Wanting says: “Something is missing.”
Knowing says: “Something is already understood.”
Existence says: “There is nothing left to force.”
So manifestation isn’t really about creating something from nothing.
The deeper idea is this:
When wanting becomes knowing, action becomes natural.
You don’t have to constantly think, “How do I get there?”
You recognise something — and then you move.
Nothing · Everything · The middle
Where knowing sits
Nothing — no demand, no attachment, no forcing.
Everything — infinite possibility, everything that could exist.
The middle — knowing.
Knowing is what gives possibility a direction.
Nothing contains no demand.
Everything contains every possibility.
Knowing chooses neither.
Knowing simply recognises what is.
The breakthrough
You move from knowing
You don’t manifest from wanting.
You don’t manifest from rejecting wanting.
You move from knowing.
The difference is subtle but enormous.
Wanting asks: “How can I get this?”
Non-wanting says: “I don’t need anything.”
Knowing says: “I know what I am being called toward, so I don’t need to force it.”
That is the first depth. Hold it.
When you are ready, go further — into birth, choice, karma, purpose, and existence.
